    Responsibilities

    • Partnering with local regions, GM Europe and Sr Director,International Sales, senior manager owns 360 brand development strategies for the Middle East & India partner business : Store opening plans, sell out sales target, product & pricing strategy, Sell in & OTB management, 4 wall management & marketing/PR activities
    • Accountable for partner retail sales performance & 4 Wall KPIs : analysis and management of retail sales performance, driving opportunities and managing challenges including 4 wall labor planning and organization, training, visual merchandising, as well as planning and allocation opportunities
    • Responsible for OTB negotiation (discount / markdown rates, stock turn, WOH) & Financial Forecasting process across all product categories (sell-in)
    • Provide consumer and competitive merchandising hindsight to inform line architecture and marketing/PR strategies for key markets
    • Marrying market strategy to brand strategy and managing implementation process/touch points across all functional requirements
    • All other operational management coordination as needed to support partner execution of brand strategies and achievement of financial targets

     

    Minimum 5-7 years minimum experience in a sales, merchandising or generalist commercial role

     

    • Experience working in Middle East market (UAE, KSA, Kuwait), preferably in a luxury retail environment
    • Expert level in excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
    • Excellent organization with the ability to manage time and prioritize workload
    • Ability to think, plan, and manage strategically and analytically
    • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
    • Frequent travel to the region and NY HQ at least 4 times / year

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience working in Middle East market (UAE, KSA, Kuwait), preferably in a luxury retail environment

    • Strong command of retail math analytics & working knowledge of financial metrics
    • Solid product aesthetic and sensibility and buying acumen; able to influence during the market process
    • Ability to communicate effectively from a distance (phone and email), in person/1:1, and in group situations
    • Dynamic presence with business partners at all levels with the ability to flex communication style
