    • Oversee the planning, development and execution of regional European performance marketing strategies to support ambitious ecommerce growth objectives across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate and Email marketing channels

    • Manage optimum budget allocation across countries and channels, forecasting traffic and revenue by channel whilst working to ROI and CPA targets

    • Present accurate and insightful reporting across all marketing activity, measuring performance against organisational KPIs

    • Work closely with Ecommerce Trading and Brand Marketing teams to deliver the performance marketing calendar which effectively supports key product pushes, brand marketing initiatives and increase visibility within target markets

    • Supervise the management of agency and third party relationships, agreeing commercials terms whilst ensuring targets are met, as efficiently as possible

    • Oversee the planning, development and execution of all email marketing programs, including full blast messages, segmented campaigns, and triggered emails (category browse, cart abandonment, welcome series, etc.)

    • Manage the email brief process, and act as quality control for all emails sent by the company, proofreading and advising on best practice for content, copywriting and design for a European audience

    • Build and send email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and KickDynamic platforms.

    • Own email and retention focused tech projects that involve dev resources. Liaise with IT partners to create requirements, ensure testing is complete, and troubleshoot issues

    • Oversee the planning, development and execution of all affiliate marketing programs, including continual review of commission rates by partner type, negotiation of tenancy agreements and launch of programs across all target markets

    • Create regular affiliate newsletters to raise awareness of key product pushes and incentives to drive traffic through the program

    • Implement strategies to grow the customer base across performance marketing channels, with a focus on driving newsletter sign up’s on site

    • Partner with Tapestry Customer Intelligence team to build customer lists based on previous behaviour to execute targeted acquisition and retention campaigns across all performance marketing channels

    • Implement strategies to proactively re-engage lapsed and at risk customers to increase CLV

    • Conduct thorough analysis and competitive benchmarking to understand marketing program effectiveness to drive future strategies

    • Build productive working relationships with US creative and marketing teams, partnering to ensure campaigns within brand guidelines

    • Keep abreast of channel and industry developments, bringing any opportunities back to the business to increase performance.






    • 3-5 years digital focused role with a focus on performance acquisition

    • Degree or equivalent Marketing, Communication, Advertising or business qualification

    • Professional qualification i.e. CIM or IDM

    • Google AdWords Certification or the equivalent

    • Knowledge of measurement, tracking and advertising solutions (DoubleClick or similar)
