    Responsibilities

    • Our brand is relaunching and growing, we have a new Global CEO, Global Designer, and Europe is a focus with the placement of Catherine our General Manager earlier this year
    • Small entrepreneurial feel with the support and structure of Tapestry across core functions like IT development and data labs etc
    • We are investing and growing in Ecommerce and digital innovation if a strategic global pillar
    • European expansion focus

    Qualifications

    skills and abilities required:

    • A key player in the ecommerce team responsible for the day to day management of the site, getting product live, content management,  onsite merchandising execution, product expert, user experience etc
    • Must be experienced in a trading/online merchandising role in a retail environment – knowledge of the EU ecommerce markets like Germany/Ireland a plus
    • Must be technically savvy and have executed using ecommerce platforms ideally Demandware (sales force commerce cloud)
    • This role is hands one and part of a small ecom team
    • Manages two junior direct reports, must have the skills to develop talent in the team
    • Used to working in a global/matrix environment  - we work closely with teams in New York
    • Really passionate about ecommerce and our brand
    • Positive and growth mindset – someone who will get onboard with our journey as a new brand and be part of our growth in EU

     

    education and experience required:

    • a minimum of three years ecommerce trading experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment in a corporate environment
    • college degree preferred
